Out of stock: "Out of Stock Policy:

In case a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notification to the customer. An email notification will be sent for any cancelled orders. In the event of an item being out of stock, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Product Information, Images, and Specifications:

The specifications and images of products displayed on our website are for identification purposes only. They may vary over time as per the manufacturer’s updates, for which our company is not responsible. Customers are advised to refer to the manufacturer’s website for accurate details.

Third Party Products:

Please note that in addition to the general terms and conditions, the following terms apply if you purchase products not manufactured by Ashoppee.com, i.e., products
sold on Ashoppee.com by third-party vendors.
Changes in Features, Price, and Specifications: Features, prices, and specifications of products are subject to change without prior notice.
You acknowledge and agree that certain products on the site are sold by third-party vendors (“Vendors”). Ashoppee.com cannot control these transactions or the actions
of the vendors. When purchasing such products, the following additional terms apply:
Ashoppee.com is not liable for any non-performance or breach of contract by the Vendor. Ashoppee.com does not guarantee the Vendor’s performance in any transaction on the site.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if vendor prices increase without notice to the customer. For bank transfer option, the order copy is valid for one working day only.

Sale Terms:

Goods sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Invoices cannot be modified or canceled once generated.

Physical Damage and Transit Risk:

Items are inspected for physical damage at the point of sale. The company is not liable for any subsequent physical damage. Buyers must immediately inspect purchased goods upon receipt. Goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk, and the company is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft during transit.Our responsibility ends upon goods leaving our warehouse.

Modification of Terms and Conditions:

Ashoppee.com reserves the right to modify the User Agreement without prior notice. We will notify you of any changes via email to the address provided during registration. You can access the latest version of the User Agreement on Ashoppee.com and should review it regularly. If you disagree with the modified terms, you should discontinue using the service. Continued use implies acceptance of the modified terms.

Fraudulent / Declined Transactions:

We retain the right to recover costs, collection charges, and legal fees from individuals who engage in fraudulent activity on the site. Legal action may be taken against such individuals for fraudulent use or breaches of these terms.

Reviews, Feedback, Submissions:
